Since 2011, Jasmin and Raul have made Davos their home. But their love for good food and the Swiss mountains began long before. In the summer, they run a cozy grotto in Ticino, where they spoil guests with traditional dishes. In winter, they head to the heights of the Davos mountains, where they passionately run the Schiferstall restaurant.
Their philosophy? Down-to-earth cuisine, regional products, and a warm atmosphere – everyone feels welcome here, whether skiers, hikers, or food lovers. Welcome to Schiferstall – where the mountains and good food meet!
